Pauline Meurs is director of Erasmus CMDz, Centre for management development in healthcare. Erasmus CMDz organizes various post-academic courses and programmes developed for boardmembers, managers and supervisors in healthcare.From June 2007 – December 2012, Pauline was a member of the Senate and since September 2007 she has been Chair of ZonMW, Centre of knowledge and innovation in Healthcare.As of 1st February 2013 Pauline is a member of the Dutch Safety Board.

Pauline is member of several supervisory councils ao the supervisory board of Forum, centre of multicultural development, member of the board of the Amsterdam University Medical Centre and member of the board of CZ health care insurance company.
