Koenraad Wiedhaup | CEO, Leyden Labs

Koenraad Wiedhaup has worked with biopharmaceutical and life science companies as a partner at McKinsey & Company. Together with executive leadership, he developed business and commercial strategies, including launching products and M&A. Prior to McKinsey, Koenraad worked in business development of a San Francisco based biotech company. He holds an MSc in Life Sciences from the Delft and Leiden Universities and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.


Vera van Proosdij | Head of People, Mosa Meat

Vera van Proosdij has worked at start-up & scale up companies like TomTom and Bugaboo both on global product launches as well as technical product/production improvement programs. In the last years of Bugaboo and currently at Mosa Meat she adds value by maintaining the people focus and at the same time accommodates rapid growth and/or fast organisational change in these great (start-up) cultures. She holds an MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University.
