Cancellation must be made via e-mail to bcf@hyphenprojects.nl, mentioning your IBAN number for the refund (only needed when you have a premium ticket). A refund will be made minus a cancellation / administration fee of EUR 15, in case of cancellation received before 1 May 2026. No refund will be made in case of cancellation after 1 May 2026 and in case of a no-show.
