Dr. Anant Murthy is currently a Co-Founder and Board Member of Avanzanite Biosciences and is Swiss-based investor. He was previously Head of EMEA for Argenx, a global immunology company committed to improving the lives of people suffering from severe autoimmune diseases. He previously held leadership positions at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where he led the company’s Dutch operations, among other roles.  Dr. Murthy earned his PhD from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of Rochester. A native of New York City, he has lived and worked in Europe for nearly 20 years and currently resides in Geneva with his wife and daughter.
