Anne Vroon | Senior Director, Genmab

Anne is a senior Business Developer with more than 15 years of biotechnology industry experience. Originally trained as a scientist [with PhD in Neuroimmunology], she gained broad expertise in drug discovery and development through scientific-, program management- and business development roles, both within Genmab and other biotechnology companies [Prosensa, Cristal Therapeutics]. As Senior Director BD, Anne is currently leading Genmab’s licensing team, working with cross-functional deal teams to identify, negotiate and execute on partnerships in support of Genmab’s discovery-, development- and commercial portfolio. Over the years, she has built extensive experience with a broad range of partnering frameworks, from straightforward research agreements, commercial in- or out-licenses to more complex strategic collaborations. She has seen many deals through to execution, from search and evaluation and due diligence to terms- and contract negotiation.
