About Bettine Pluut | Program Manager “Flywheel for digital transformation”, Patient Federation of the Netherlands

Bettine Pluut is an expert in patient participation and the organizational challenges of the embedding and scale-up of innovations for health. She is the program manager of the Dutch “Flywheel for digital transformation”: a patient driven collaboration between patients, patient organizations, healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations, health insurers and IT suppliers. In addition, Bettine is the founder of Pluut & Partners, a team of consultants and action researchers that strive to transform healthcare by “smart organizing” and by making organizations more caring. Bettine is also affiliated with the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management and a member of the supervisory board of a Dutch healthcare organization.
