Fleur is a passionate entrepreneur with a background in clinical dietetics, blending her knowledge and experience in nutrition and health with a flair for business innovation and technology. Early on in her career as a clinical dietitian, she realised the challenge of guiding people towards improved dietary habits optimally, due to a scarcity of time and tools for personalised nutritional care. Simultaneously, the pressure on our healthcare systems is increasing due to a rising number of people with overweight and chronic illness. Fleur believes personal digital nutrition and lifestyle care are part of the solution. That's why she joined Verdi Food BV in 2018. As the Strategy Lead of Noory and COO at Verdi Food BV she aims to bring nutrition to the forefront of healthcare, by enabling dietitians and other healthcare professionals to easily provide their patients with personalised nutrition care as an adjuvant to medical treatment.
