My professional journey spans 15 years at DSM, leading pivotal initiatives such as the acquisition and integration of a US-based performance textiles start-up and spearheading investments and partnerships with additive manufacturing startups, a chapter that included living with my family in Phoenix, Arizona, for 3 years. After DSM, I ventured into startups in additive manufacturing and integrated photonics, broadening my experience and impact. Currently, my focus is on enhancing post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients at Haermonics. Beyond my career, I cherish the simple pleasures of life, spending quality time with my family, and enjoying sports like football, snowboarding, and running, all from Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Noud graduated from TU Eindhoven with a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
