At the TOPX Summit on 13 November 2025, in Leiden, the TOPX Females to Follow awards will be announced. This year, within this concept, we will be awarding additional 3 professionals who have initiated and taken actions to make their organization more inclusive.At the Females to Follow Award Ceremony during TOPX Summit 2025, the 3 winners of TOPX Inclusive 3 will take the stage and briefly pitch their inclusivity initiatives and actions, as well as the results of these initiatives. With Inclusive 3, we aim to empower and honour professionals who take a step in tackling the inclusivity & diversity issues in Health & Life Sciences and celebrate their initiatives and accomplishments. And by doing so, to inspire more professionals to follow in their footsteps on this path to equality.
