Misli Kaya is a qualified analytical chemist with more than 8 years of experience in the pharma industry. She currently works at SeraNovo B.V. as their analytical scientist and lab manager, doing all things analytics. She has previously worked as a senior technician at Astellas Pharma Europe, MyLife Technologies, and Leiden Academic Centre for Drug and Research.

SeraNovo is a formulation service provider with a proprietary technology for enhancing the bioavailability of poorly soluble APIs. SeraNovo is specialized in addressing two core issues: enhancing bioavailability and reducing development time to clinical phases. The eutectic solvent platform enables solvation of both of these problems. Our high drug load liquid formulations create a stable supersaturated state of the API upon dissolution in the stomach and intestinal environment. The eutectic compositions are trivially simple to produce with heating and stirring being the only unit operations.
