Coaching is a structured approach to reach your personal development goal. You will discover ‘blind spots’ and identify beliefs and behavioural patterns that stand in the way of reaching your goal. Vera uses proven techniques to help you get to the bottom of an issue, to understand what is needed for change and to get to action. She will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and try new behaviour, supporting you along the way. Vera uses empathy, encouragement, confrontation and humour!
