About Wenny Raaijmakers | Plant Manager, Organon Oss
Wenny Raaijmakers is an experienced Plant Manager with a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry for many years.
She leads the largest production site of Organon worldwide, in Oss (NL, about 1.100 people), where the manufacturing of modern contraceptives, tablets and sterile products takes place.
During her career, Wenny has held various leadership roles with increasing responsibilities. She has strong operational skills in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Lean Manufacturing, Quality System and Supply Chain. Wenny has also been Plant Manager of the Haarlem (NL) manufacturing site at MSD before she returned to Oss in April 2018.
Wenny Raaijmakers (50) lives in Zaltbommel (NL). She studied Industrial Engineering and Management Science at Eindhoven University of Technology and obtained her PhD in Operations Management.
