In her daily practice, Fleur represents a wide variety of domestic and international companies that are active in technology intensive business sectors, such as biotech, life sciences and agrifood. Over the past 19 years, Fleur has assisted different stakeholders in these industries, including inventors, start-ups, universities, leading multinationals and investors in various IP matters. 

Fleur is an experienced patent litigator and has broad experience in advising on commercial contracts, including R&D agreements, license and technology transfer agreements. Fleur frequently lectures and speaks at conferences on various IP topics.
