After graduating from Universiteit Utrecht with a Master of Science in Medical Biotechnology, Froucke began her career at Astellas Pharma as a pharmacovigilance scientist. Within Astellas, she then moved into bio-analytics (clinical) and clinical supply positions, later becoming a manufacturing lead for SynCo Bio Partners B.V. In this role, she was responsible for training, quality systems and planning operational activities. After holding these various positions in the pharmaceutical development process, she moved into a leading position in Regulatory Affairs (RA), initially with a company specializing in Pre-Approval Access to Patient and now with Organon holding a global Program lead role managing the regulatory operation of various source change project across 140 markets across the globe.
