Justin van der Heemst (42) has over 17 years’ experience in the Life Sciences & Health sector, where he has held commercial and managerial roles at various global life sciences organisations.

His background includes roles in (Key) Account Management, Business Development and as Head of Sales. He now uses this expertise to inspire and train professionals through his own commercial consultancy and training agency: Just ReDesign.

Following his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Medical Laboratory Science at Leiden University of Applied Sciences, he obtained a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. He subsequently gained 17 years of commercial (leadership) experience within the Life Sciences & Health industry at companies including Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Siemens Healthineers and the Biotech Training Facility. During this time, he held various roles in (Key) Account Management, Business Development and as Head of Sales. Currently, he uses this knowledge to inspire others and help them progress in the complex B2B sales environment within the Life Sciences sector through his own training and consultancy firm, Just ReDesign Commercial Solutions. Lastly, he is also guest lecturer at the University of Utrecht for the Master Science & Business.
