Margarida Martins | Project Manager, Genmab

Margarida is a Project Manager at Genmab, responsible for leading project management of translational research projects in early- to mid-stage drug development. Alongside this, she supports Genmab’s alliance management team in driving strategic partnerships and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.

Originally from Portugal and driven by curiosity and a passion for international collaboration, Margarida has lived and worked in several countries before settling in the Netherlands. She completed her PhD research in Pharmacology at the Netherlands Cancer Institute and earned her degree from Utrecht University.Margarida remains actively involved in the Dutch life sciences ecosystem and is a member of TOPX, a network committed to fostering leadership and diversity in the sector.
