Robert-Jan van der Vorm is a Director in the Life Sciences & Healthcare team at Van Lanschot Kempen. As an investment banker, he works with the leaders of innovative European companies on M&A, capital markets transactions and strategic financial advice. Before joining Van Lanschot Kempen, he worked as a project manager at the management consulting firm Roland Berger, where he focused on corporate strategy, operational improvement and transaction advisory. With a MSc in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD he is fascinated by the ongoing pace of innovation in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector, and is keen on showcasing science in a strong business plan.
