Following eleven years in research and earning a master's degree in Life Sciences, Willeke transitioned to the role of Project Manager in R&D Business Support. Currently, Willeke is the Manager R&D Business Support, focusing on driving excellence in global R&D management through optimized processes, advanced tools, and ensuring alignment and harmonization across departments and functions.
