What is the target group of BCF Career Event?
As of 2025, we will also welcome talents with a Secondary vocational education (MBO) to our event. This target group is not included yet in below statistics.
We immediately felt the energy in the room. Hundreds of young professionals, researchers and students poured in, all looking for that one opportunity - a next step in their careers. We left the fair floor with tired feet and hoarse voices, but a satisfied feeling. The BCF job fair showed us again how valuable it is to personally connect with talent.
It was great to see how enthusiastic students, starters as well as experienced professionals are about their future - and how we as a company can contribute to that. Whether it was about traineeships, challenging projects or career guidance: we clearly felt the match.
