Virginie Hamtiaux is a bioengineer whose career spans clinical research, quality management, and organisational development. She worked across the pharma industries where she strengthened global study management, built quality and risk‑management capabilities, shaped medical governance, and supported major organisational transitions. Passionate about people development, she has coached leaders and teams since 2011 and she works as a dedicated career transition coach. At ECCRT, she manages the STAR Programs while guiding individuals through professional change. Her Executive Master’s in Business Coaching and ICF PCC certification reflect her commitment to impactful, ethical coaching that supports both organisational performance and personal growth.
