Adinda Diekstra has a background in Biochemistry and in Molecular Life Sciences. At the Academy of Applied Biosciences and Chemistry of HAN University of Applied Sciences, she is responsible for continuing professional development and lifelong learning programmes for working professionals. In addition she leads several ZonMw-funded Human Capital projects, bringing together academia, industry, and government to develop future-ready talent and strengthen innovation ecosystems.
