Gali Lesuisse is Senior Vice President, International Markets at Pharming, where she leads the company’s international organization and is responsible for building and scaling Pharming’s presence across markets outside the United States and expanding access to its therapies.

Gali brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, having held senior commercial and business leadership roles at AbbVie and Novartis across European and international markets. Her experience spans specialty medicines, product launches, market access, P&L management, business transformation, and geographic expansion.

Throughout her career, Gali has focused on translating scientific innovation into meaningful impact for patients. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and the capabilities needed to bring innovative medicines to patients across diverse markets and healthcare systems.
