Dr. Marco de Boer MBA is Chief Business Officer at Biotech Booster, the Dutch national program helping biotech innovations grow into solutions with societal, economic and environmental impact. With more than 20 years of experience across life sciences and biotechnology, Marco combines scientific depth with entrepreneurial drive. He has led and built companies including Predica Diagnostics and NTrans Technologies, and held senior roles at Crossbeta Biosciences, to-BBB, Kerry I&F, Isogen Life Science and Unilever Research. He holds a PhD in molecular biology and an MBA from Nyenrode Business University.
