Caaj has a background in molecular biology and started his career in investment banking in 2011. When working in the Corporate Finance teams of ABN AMRO and Kempen he was involved in origination and execution of numerous M&A, ECM and other financial transactions in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. Caaj joined Innovation Industries in 2019 as Investment Director and focuses on medical technologies.
