Bart Baselmans is a senior researcher in Biomedical Technology at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a driving force behind HARTstikke Gezond, a community-based heart health initiative in Amsterdam. He connects data-driven health technology with on-the-ground prevention work, building partnerships with residents and local care and wellbeing organizations to make cardiovascular risk awareness and follow-up more accessible and equitable.
