Dr. J. Ross co-founded Alleo Labs and serves as CEO and president. Dr. Ross brings nearly a decade of industry experience in drug discovery and AI, including his previous executive role as Vice President and Head of Neuroscience at Immuneering Corporation (NASDAQ: IMRX), where he co-led the company to its IPO in 2021. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and holds a doctoral degree in Neuroscience from Brown University. Dr. Ross also trained as a neuroscientist and computational biologist at the National Institutes of Health for over 10 years. Currently, he is a board member of the Alzheimer’s Association, a mentor at Nucleate, William H. Gates Sr. Fellow, and 2025 Henri Termeer Fellow.
