Marlene Végh is CEO of Catalyze Group, a consultancy firm with a unique combination of scientific and business knowledge to accelerate innovations across the fields of life sciences and sustainability. Catalyze offers a wide range of services from strategy and funding consulting, to project management and more, delivering impactful expertise throughout the entire Innovation Journey. Together with the team, Catalyze has raised >€1B in funding to help early innovations to success.
Marlene originally has a background in academia, with a PhD in Neuroscience, and joined Catalyze 10 years ago. During the past decade she has used her academic experience and business knowledge (Neyenrode University) to help innovators develop new technologies from academia to the market. At Catalyze, she has held multiple roles, from consultancy, to setting up several offices, to Director Consultancy and now as CEO of the company.
