Module 4: Finance & deal making
This module covers the important financial aspects of Life Sciences companies/start-ups.There will be sessions on balance sheets and depreciation, how to value a company using different methods and forecast company and market projections. Subsequently there will be sessions on what type of deals you can make and which aspects are preferable in which situations. You will gain insight into the investor perspective on dealmaking and you will via a business case learn more about the biotech and pharma perspective of dealmaking.
