At TOPX Network, we believe in lifting others as we climb. That’s why we have introduced the Ambassador & Scholarship Program – a community-powered initiative to make TOPX more accessible to emerging talent.

Become a TOPX Ambassador!

As a TOPX Ambassador, you gain full membership and sponsor a free membership for someone early in their career. But it is more than just financial support – it’s a statement of belief in the power of community, mentorship, and collective growth. It is a way to give back, shape the next generation, and strengthen the network with new voices.

Ambassadors are individuals who stand behind the TOPX mission and are eager to help shape a more inclusive and supportive industry. By becoming an ambassador, you're not only opening the door for someone else – you're actively contributing to a culture of shared success and meaningful impact.

As an ambassador, you can choose to:

  • Sponsor someone you already know, or

  • Be matched with a scholarship applicant who has applied through our form.

By becoming an ambassador, you are not just joining TOPX, you are investing in the future of the field.

What you get as an Ambassador:

  • Full access to all TOPX member benefits

  • Recognition as an Ambassador within the network

  • The opportunity to mentor or support an emerging professional

Criteria for Becoming a TOPX Ambassador

  • Supporter of TOPX Network's mission

  • Willingness to contribute to TOPX and promoting the network

  • Professional in the field of Life Sciences (both female and male), with minimum 5 years of work experience

Apply for a Sponsored Membership

Are you in a junior, entry-level, or early-career role and unable to cover the membership fee? You can apply for a sponsored membership funded by one of our Ambassadors.

Who Can Apply for the TOPX Scholarship?

  • Early-career female Life Sciences professionals in their first jobs without the possibility of their getting TOPX membership funded via their employer.

  • MSc or PhD female students in Life Sciences

  • Female life Sciences professionals transitioning into new roles or industries and who are currently in between jobs

Selected applicants will be matched with a sponsoring Ambassador and receive a full year of free membership. The scholarship is in principle valid for one year. After that period, recipients can apply again if they still meet the eligibility criteria.

As part of this opportunity, recipients of a TOPX scholarship commit to actively contributing to the TOPX community and supporting the promotion of the network when called upon. This helps us grow a dynamic, engaged, and supportive environment for all members.
