Despite progress in recognizing the importance of workplace diversity, disparities persist in compensation and wealth accumulation, disproportionately affecting women. The session aims to shed light on the root causes of these gaps and equip participants with actionable insights to foster a more equitable and inclusive economic landscape.

The discussion will commence with an examination of the factors contributing to the gender pay gap, encompassing issues such as occupational segregation, unconscious biases, and systemic barriers. Participants will gain a better understanding of the complexities involved in the pay disparities.
