Corina Ramers-Verhoeven is a seasoned corporate affairs and communications leader with over 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical industry, government,s and public health sectors. She joined Gilead BENELUX in December 2024 as Director of Public Affairs.

Before joining Gilead, Corina served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at the Dutch biopharmaceutical company Byondis. Prior to that, she was Global Therapeutic Area Communications Leader at Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V., and held senior roles at Eli Lilly and Company, Schering-Plough, and Organon BioSciences.

Experienced across continents, Corina has led integrated communications, public affairs, and marketing strategies throughout product lifecycles.

She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a particular focus on advancing women in healthcare leadership.

Corina holds an Executive MSc in Corporate Communications from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a BSc in Health Promotion and Communication Science from HAN University of Applied Sciences. She has also completed executive programs at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Stanford School of Medicine.
