Jolanda M. de Vries is Professor of Translational Tumour Immunology at the Radboudumc in Nijmegen. She obtained her PhD degree at the University of Utrecht in 1997 and afterwards became a postdoctoral researcher Nijmegen. Jolanda is a researcher who believes in the potential of the immune system to tackle cancer without significant side effects. It is her scientific ambition to translate results from the laboratory as soon as possible to clinical applications.
