Julia Jelinska is a curiosity partner: from finding creative solutions, empowering decision-making to running strategic, innovation or problem-solving workshops. With over 19 years experience in audit and risk management in international corporations, she has been navigating complex landscapes and helped others unleash their potential to take action. Julia is all about connections – be it people, ideas, or needs. As a business consultant and workshop facilitator, she’s on a mission to make a positive impact. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Design Thinking Facilitation and AJ&Smart Workshopper Master certified, Julia walks the talk about continuous learning.

Her passion for personal growth mirrors her love for travel, which she combines with her role as a Private Travel Designer. Julia is also a dedicated advocate for equity and inclusion, having founded the Dutch Chapter of the LEAD Network. She was a Member of the Board of the Polish Professional Women in The Netherlands Society. Currently, she serves on the Board of the Polaris Foundation, a platform championing diversity and inclusion in the professional world.
