Zeta Xouri is an innovation manager within the business development and knowledge transfer team at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). She builds strategic relations with various stakeholders and supports different valorization routes to promote positive societal impact of EUR research. She also supports the business development activities of Convergence, an initiative aiming to create new perspectives to urgent societal challenges through collaboration between EUR, Erasmus MC and TU Delft.

She has a PhD in cell biology with more than 10 years of research experience both in leading European scientific institutes (EMBL and Max Plank Institute in Germany) and in pharmaceutical industry (Bayer Healthcare, Germany). More recently, she was head of consulting in a science and business consultancy firm supporting leading researchers and innovative companies in building their research, business and funding strategy and acquiring non-dilutive funding. Currently, she enjoys being part of the vibrant environment of EUR and the Convergence initiative and is looking forward to creating a strong ecosystem in health care for the benefit of our society.
