Virginie Hamtiaux | Senior Trainer and Business Coach | ECCRT

As a trained Bio-Engineer, Virginie has several years of experience in different roles in pharmaceutical industries within sales, quality control, clinical research, risk management and medical governance. In addition, since 2011 Virginie was an internal business coach within a pharmaceutical company, delivering coaching trainings, doing individual as well as group coaching and supporting managers and leaders in their career development and business challenges. Passionate about mentoring, coaching and people development, Virginie joined the ECCRT team in October 2021 to manage the STAR Programs supporting people who want to orient their career to clinical research or regulatory affairs. She continues to work as professional coach supporting her client in career orientation and transition. During the years 2020-2022 Virginie has enhanced her coaching competencies by doing an executive master’s in business coaching and organisational development at UCLouvain and by successfully passing her International Coaching Federation Certification (ICF – ACC 2022 and PCC 2023 levels). 

Her work as a coach is founded on principles of openness, support, mutual respect, trust and challenge where the coachee contributes the content and the coach supports the process.
