By public transport
Jaarbeurs is located next to Utrecht Central Station, which makes it very easy to reach by train. From Central Station, follow the signs that read ‘Jaarbeursplein’. The Beatrix building is a short walk away.

By car
If you are travelling by car, please follow the blue ANWB signs that read ‘Jaarbeurs’ from the Utrecht Ring Road. Jaarbeurs has ample parking space on its own grounds in the centre of Utrecht.

Car parks
We advise you to park your car during the BCF Career Event in car park P2, P4 or P6 of Jaarbeurs. All car parks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The parking rates amount to €4.40 per hour (or part of an hour) to a maximum of €28.00 per day (24 hours). The only daily rate is €24 for P2 and P4.

When you enter the car park, you will receive a parking ticket. Before leaving, scan the QR code on your parking ticket with your phone and pay easily via iDEAL. You no longer have to go to the payment terminal but pay safely and quickly via your phone.

For exhibitors: You can also choose to have your parking ticket for P2/P4/P6 scanned at Exhibitors & Speakers registration desk. For the parking garage Croeselaan you need to pick-up a exit ticket, we can't scan these. We will send an invoice after the event for the total amount of scanned tickets or received exit tickets.
