Aline De Bock | Learning and Development Lead CAR-T EMEA | Johnson & Johnson
Aline De Bock is the Learning and Development Lead for J&J CAR-T in the EMEA region, shaping the future learning strategy and continuing partnerships to enable inflow and development of talent, crucial to make a successful Cell Therapy Manufacturing possible.
Aline started her career at Johnson & Johnson with an internship on her Master’s Thesis within the pharmacovigilance department. Right after, she officially joined Johnson & Johnson in 2017, initially focusing on compliance roles at the J&J commercial organization. As a project manager she played a key role in care optimization projects in collaboration with hospitals, and later as a patient value manager, she led initiatives to integrate patient insights and drive oncology solutions in collaboration with patient advocacy groups.Aline holds a Master's in Biomedical Sciences with a specialisation in Quality Management.
