Marijn graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Maastricht University and Universiteit Leiden, with business specialization. During my education, he completed a data-oriented internship within Precision Medicine, a lab internship at Erasmus MC and a business internship at Philips.Currently, He now works as an HR Business Partner at Avertim Netherlands in Amsterdam. As HRBP, he plays a central role in our organisation, recruiting new talents, supporting them, accompanying them in their careers, sharing knowledge and training, while working on talent development and respecting our values. Key responsibilities are developing our talent, driving internal processes, and supporting business functions.
