With a dual background in Biochemistry & Biotechnology and Business Economics, Axel aims to find synergies between the science and business world. At Avertim, he started his track as consultant with a first project at a big pharmaceutical company. There he was responsible for the registration, validation and implementation activities of several commercialized products. After this project, he switched from a consultancy role to a business management role with responsibilities as talent acquisition, business development and team management. By understanding the needs of the client and providing the optimal solutions we support the future challenges of top players in the life sciences industry.
