Niemel Mirza | Process Engineer MSAT | Kite
Niemel Mirza is working as MSAT process engineer at Kite pharma. She is keen to learn new aspects and face new challenges.
Her biggest challenge is also her biggest motivation, working with patient’s cells that brings her closer to the patient. You could imagine that working with the cells, and thus holding the patients life in your hand, required a high level of responsibility and accountability while adhering to strict GMP guidelines.
Niemel started after graduation at Kite as her first employee. She started as a cell therapy specialist and is now working as a process engineer.
What Niemel really values at Kite is the culture. We are one rapidly growing Kite family. We are all focused on the cure, a common goal that brings us together. The work we do is new, everyone is eager to learn and very driven to reach our goal together.
