How to claim your free spot?
You can visit the booth of My Future Works and make an appointment. Please fill out this form beforehand, print it and hand it over at their booth. Without the form, it will not be possible to have a 1-on-1 session. Capacity is limited, and it is not possible to reserve a timeslot beforehand. We advice you to be at their booth at 09.45 with your printed form in order to secure a spot.

My Future Works helps employees, employers and self-employed people get more job satisfaction. MEET THE COACHES

Rebekka Schotte
Fascinated by work and why we do what we do, I coach multipotentials to get back on their own course. I love unravelling what drives you and getting this back clear together. My strength is to inspire and come up with out-of-the-box solutions. For this, I draw on my professional experience as a counsellor, coaching manager in the healthcare sector and senior lecturer. I am fascinated by personal development and growth and continue to challenge myself in this. May I challenge you too?

Rik De Greef
The 20+ years of coaching practice of Rik De Greef is backboned by a broad experience of 15 years in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (from medical representative to business unit director) and 6 years of research as Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences. These experiences make him a less theoretical and more practical and pragmatic coach. His style is reflective & thought-provoking when appropriate and challenging when needed. Major fields of activities are: individual ‘management’ coaching, team coaching and career guidance. He works both on national, European as global level.

Lies Janssens
My passion is to coach people in finding their own power, strength, passion and joy. It starts from within you: "What do YOU want?" #DreamBig #TheSkyIsTheLimit #BeAWildflower. I am a positive, enthusiastic people person. I coach from connection and strength-oriented. I like to work on resilience, well-being, a good work-life balance, growth, awareness and finding your joy and passion in life and work.

I work as HR Consultant and as a coach I help to find various choices in life that connects you with who you are, what you want and need in life. Worked in banking for 20 years and decided it was time to follow my goals and get more involved in making people aware they have choices.
