Instead of pursuing a PhD at the academia, he was interested in the application of science and contribute to bringing the innovations to the patient. Lars started his career as Business Development Manager where he spun out a MedTech company, which was sold 5 years later. Currently, he is Partner at F.INSTITUTE a financial service provider that supports Life Science Start- & Scale-ups with financial management, CFO services and fundraising. Working at F.INSTITUTE requires specific sector expertise and we constantly seek new colleagues to strengthen us and support our clients in their entrepreneurial journey.
