Elaine Lima de Souza is part of the strategic (values-based) marketing department at GenScript, European Division. She has been working in commercial biotech positions where she adds value with her business acumen and scientific research experience. At GenScript, Elaine manages the marketing activities for a diverse portfolio of services and products for RUO, IVD & GMP grade analytical reagents for life sciences applications. She is currently leading a team of marketing specialists to develop and execute the European marketing strategies and campaigns with a key focus on expanding business in Immuno-Oncology & Cell/Gene Therapy.

Cristobal Almendros is Regional Leader Technical Account Manager (TAM) at GenScript Europe. After his Postdoc position at TUDelft, he decided to move forward his career in industry joying GenScript in February 2020 as TAM, providing primary technical advice to customers and helping them with their new project requests. Nowadays he is managing a TAM group in Europe, teaching them and giving them maximum support in order to provide an excellent experience and service to GenScript customers.
