Yixia joined Solvay two and a half years ago to spearhead the launch of the inaugural academic year of the Biotech and Medtech Ventures Program. She plays a pivotal role in both local and international recruitment, leveraging her expertise in multilingual communication and her longstanding passion for the education sector. Now in her third academic year with the program, Yixia continues to mentor exceptional talent, helping them transition seamlessly into their careers and make meaningful contributions to the field.

Gaëlle is an International Executive in the Med Tech arena. She has an extensive experience in various role in Sales, Marketing, Market development and Cross functional teams in large global leading companies such as Guidant, Medtronic, St Jude, but also in commercially stage companies. She currently serves as Sr Director International Marketing at Pulmonx, overlooking a team and markets  in Europe, Asia and Australia. Skill set spanning across Sales & Commercial Excellence, Digital, Marketing , Market Development, Business transformation (remote sale), Go To market, driving operational results and P&L management Gaëlle is also engaged in fostering a successful environment for women in business, she served  served as a Director at PWI, a Professional Women association, and as a Mentor for the Medtronic Women Network
