A career is not always a straight line or steps like a staircase. Both in position, success and income a career can go up and down. I learned from all steps; what I like, what is important and what I want to be. I did not always deal well with my bumps, and I still don’t have all the answers. Retrospectively, it is so much easier. The MBA at Oxford University was a fantastic bump in my career, changing my objective and perspective of working. Let’s walk together over my bumpy road.
