Workindenmark is the national public employment service for qualified international candidates looking for a job in Denmark, and Danish companies searching for foreign candidates. Workindenmark is part of the Danish Ministry of Employment and member of European Employment Service (EURES). At workindenmark.dk, we provide information, guidance and access to digital self-service tools to bring together Danish employers and foreign candidates. We also offer online information and guidance to international jobseekers and a series of recruitment services to employers.

Sofie Andersen Ejdesgaard | Recruitment Consultant | Workindenmark

Sofie Andersen Ejdesgaard is an International Recruitment Consultant and EURES Adviser at Workindenmark/EURES Denmark. Holding a Master Degree in Cultural Studies & Communication, she has spent the last decade and a half helping Danish companies attract and retain international talent. Sofie has experience with workshops, seminars, and job expos in various European countries, just to mention some of her experience. Daily, Sofie is in contact with international jobseekers as well as the Danish companies out to hire them. As such, Sofie has a good grasp on what works and what does not work for candidates set out to maneuver the Danish job market and get their first or next job in Denmark.

Sofie is also a specialist in EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS), Sweden, which is an EU financed project driven by fair mobility standards and a no-profit principle.

Sofie will talk you through some of the challenges internationals often stumble upon when trying to navigate the Danish job market – and will provide you with hands-on tips that will help you understand how to navigate the Danish job market.
