From a corporate law and regulatory point of view Dieuwke focuses on healthcare-related joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and governance issues. Dieuwke is a regular speaker at seminars and events and a guest lecturer in the field of healthcare law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Dieuwke also worked in the Zürich (Switzerland) office (2017).
