Femke van de Hoef | Senior Associate - Attorney at Law, Loyens & Loeff

Femke van de Hoef, attorney at law, is a member of the corporate practice group in our Amsterdam office. She focusses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures (both cross-border as domestic) and has specific expertise on venture and growth capital investments and exits of venture and growth capital-backed companies.

Over the past years, Femke has been involved in several high-profile national and international corporate transactions and venture capital and growth capital investments. Femke is co-lead of the Loyens & Loeff Venture Capital Team and is a member of the Health Care and Life Sciences Team and the Digital Economy Team.

From 2016 through 2018, Femke worked in the New York Office of Loyens & Loeff, where she focused on cross-border M&A transactions.
