Jaroslav has a diverse background, growing up in South Africa and having a PhD in Molecular Biology from Stockholm University. Jaroslav worked in applied research and was a co-founder of a synthetic biology spin-off. He gained further experience in project management and business development at an early-stage incubator in Stockholm, supporting technology companies towards growth. Prior to joining Novalis Biotech, Jaroslav was an innovation manager at KU Leuven, Belgium.
