About Kim Lucassen | Partner and Attorney-at-law, Loyens & Loeff

Kim Lucassen, attorney at law and partner, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group.

She assists various parties in the pharmaceutical industry on a daily basis. Her second major focus area is privacy and telecommunications law (a.o. spam and cookie rules). Kim also specializes in (international) commercial contracts (a.o. concerning regulated markets, such as food industry and the telecommunications sector).

Kim heads the Loyens & Loeff’s Life Sciences Team and the Data Protection & Privacy Team. Kim is a member of the Privacy Law Association and of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
